When we had presented all of our presentations to the rest of the class the feedback which we got provided us with enough information on what we needed to make our Thriller opening better than we though. We decided to mix Hayley's idea (1) and Jack's idea (2) this was because out of the two theses seemed to be the best ones. This in theory would create a better storyline because we would have more then just one idea to work with, we also had the chance to create different characters then the original ideas. We decided to have the flashbacks to help show that time has moved on since the murder took place, and it will also make the Thriller look more effective when it comes filming. We got the inspiration from 'The Strangers' to have a mask which we thought would hid the identity of the killer and keep the audience hocked. And having the detective's trying to solve the murder shows that we were still keeping it real.
