The Happening Analysis:

- The focus of this image is that these three people have just entered a house, and they look intrigued.

-  Because of the colour the walls looks to plain, suggesting that someone older chose this colour, it adds to the thriller because you don’t know who lives there.  

-  When looking at the planks of wood it looks like the people who live here, have a proper working fire and probably don’t have heating.

- When you look at the three people its like they are looking out for each other. Maybe because the height is the different age, it goes in order and like the youngest might go first. 

-  When looking through the door its like the house is in the middle of no where and this links to the genre thriller because it is mysterious because you want to know why it is there.

- The light source is coming throught the door, which would suggest that the house is out in the open and that there isn't any other houses around.

- The camera shot would be a long shot because it is still showing everything that is going on in the background, but still enough to see their reactions.

- From this is image i can see that the techniques being used is the 'Rule Of Thirds' this is because it is trying to make peoples eyes become drawn to the middle of the scene.
